Ari Farkas, the firm's founding partner and managing partner, exclusively focuses on U.S. immigration and nationality law as it pertains to business and individuals both inside the U.S. and abroad. He counts amongst his clients C-level executives, international personalities, family offices, government officials, investors, financial institutions, scientists, consultants, start-up founders, as well internationally acclaimed artists, chefs and performers, and their families. All told, Ari has represented individuals and entities, both for profit and nonprofits from over 70 countries.
Ari advises clients on business immigration matters as well as employment authorization compliance. Ari's practice also includes advice and due diligence reviews focused on immigration law issues in mergers, acquisitions, and/or restructuring transactions.
Additionally, Ari has been appointed to the Board of Directors of both Multinational Companies and International Nonprofits, and heads up the firms Pro Bono efforts, which is a matter of great pride for the firm.
