
Dela Leybovich handles a wide range of immigration matters, with a concentration in business immigration. Dela assists clients with obtaining nonimmigrant visas (B-1, E visas, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, TN, T and U) and employment-based U.S. lawful permanent residency (I-140 petitions for individuals with Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, Multinational Executives and Managers, Professionals with Advanced Degree or Exceptional Ability in the sciences, arts, or business, PERM, and EB-5).
Prior to joining A Farkas Attorneys at Law, Dela was part of the Business Immigration Group at an international law firm Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz LLP where she successfully assisted hundreds of corporate and individual clients.
Dela earned her Master of Law degree (LL.M.) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She also earned a Master's degree in Jurisprudence and graduated at the top of her class from Volgograd University in Russia.
